Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed and carefully packed, unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns on home goods that are not marked final sale.
Please note that all organizational labels are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging intact, and returned within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, simply email us at hello.cosiepod@gmail.com or leave us a note under our Contact page.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item). We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding insurance for higher-value returns.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders!
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
Free shipping is sent via letter mail and does not include tracking. If you’d like delivery updates, you can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically shipped out with 2-4 business days of when your order was placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii and typically arrive in 5-8 business days. Although, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping providers and are subject to delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
We truly appreciate your support! While we'd love to offer international shipping, we're currently only shipping domestically.
